Thanks for booking! You will recieve text reminders once your appointment is booked and 24 hours before your appointment!

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $20 for a haircut service, and $50 for a colour/chemical service to rebook your next appointment.

If you are running late, we can offer you a shortened service or we can reschedule your full service at another date and time with the cancellation fee implemented. This will be determined by the stylist and client to see what the best option is for your specific service.

While we want you to have your “you time”, we understand things happen and children have to join you. For the comfort and safety of all our clients, all children need to be supervised and monitored at all times.

In the event you are unhappy with a purchase of our retail styling product, we offer a 7 day return policy.
For shampoos & conditioners purchased, we cannot offer a refund. If you have never used our shampoo & conditioners before, we recommend trying our mini sizes before committing!

We want you to love your experience with us here at Urban Roots Hair Studio. We believe in an open, honest conversation between our guests and our team. We do not offer refunds on services, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of your service so we have the opportunity to make adjustments where necessary. If not informed in that time, the cost of an extra fee or original service cost will apply.
